Kyle Mercado is passionate & diverse multi-instrumentalist based in Sydney working as a producer, music director, session musician, arranger & composer.
A graduate of the Australian Institute of Music, Kyle has a broad musical knowledge base that has helped him work across many genres.
Live credits include events such as several NRL grand finals, and numerous festival and concert tours, along with work with several bands, notably Sexy Sunday Jam of which he is a core member and can often seen performing with across Australia & internationally. Kyle also heads their Oceanic division SSJ Pacific.
Work on TV includes various appearances on X Factor, The Voice, Sunrise & The Morning Show, along with numerous music videos for an array of acts.
Artists he has worked with include; Delta Goodrem, Timomatic, Nathaniel, Stan Walker & the incomparable Jessica Mauboy, most recently performing and arranging songs for her ‘All The Hits Live’ Australia Tour.
Kyle is currently the [electric, synth and double] bass chair for the multi-award winning, ground breaking production of Hamilton the musical.
